Welcome to the ACCEL Program

ACCEL is a collaborative community health clinic that brings together EOP, Arnot Health, the Chemung County Public Health Department, and LECOM to improve access to preventive health services and connect families to care. Through preventative health screening services in Chemung County and expansion into Schuyler County, ACCEL helps stand in the gap for children, adults, and families by providing easier access to free screenings, early intervention, and support for healthier living.
