  1. Emerging Food Care Program
    Providing essential nutrition to children and families through:

    • Snack Pack programs for toddlers and preschoolers

    • Daily meals for youth (PreK–high school)

    • Summer Feeding Program with fresh produce from the Victory Community Garden
       

  2. Libertad-Elmira Veteran and Family Program
    Offering permanent supportive housing and life coaching for homeless Veterans and their families.

     

  3. Family Support Services
    Advocacy, autism playgroups, sensory rooms, and funding for inclusive activities for individuals 21 and under with disabilities.

     

  4. Anti-Displacement Program
    Preventing homelessness through case management, financial counseling, and housing support.

     

  5. Birth to Five School Readiness Program
    Early Head Start and Head Start programs promoting social, cognitive, and language development for children birth to age five.

     

  6. Ernie Davis Community Center
    Empowering teens through afterschool programs focused on cultural, social, and educational enrichment.

     

  7. Center of Excellence (COE) Afterschool Program
    Homework assistance, academic support, and summer programs for children aged 5–12.

     

  8. Community Food for Jobs Program
    A 10-week culinary training program that provides job readiness and on-the-job experience at the CFJP Bistro.

     

  9. Literacy Volunteers of Chemung & Schuyler Counties
    Volunteer-driven adult literacy and ESL education to improve basic skills and open new opportunities.

     

  10. Energy Services Bureau
    Weatherizing homes, improving heating efficiency, and ensuring safety through carbon monoxide testing and gas leak detection.
