The AChIEVE course involves income-eligible out-of-school youth ages 16-21 in intensive classroom instruction that prepares them to earn a General Equivalency Diploma. During the 12-month course youths are expected to perform community service, participate in job shadowing and a short-term work assignment.

AVE is a one high school credit course sponsored by the New York State Department of Labor. It provides economically disadvantaged 14 to 16 year-old youths remedial support, individual and group counseling, career direction, and exposes youths to the local job market through field trips and guest speakers.

A comprehensive youth program for in school and out of school youth ages 16-21 years which provides year round subsidized employment, occupational education and job training.

The Green Team counsels 16 to 21 year-old individuals who are no longer in school and unable to gain employment. The goal of the 12-month program is for youths to gain unsubsidized employment at job sites that protect nature. A maximum of 46 participants are enrolled in the program yearly.

Provide adults and teens with one-to-one individualized instruction, English as a second language instructions and improves reading scores one grade level. Service is available for adults in Chemung and adults/teens in Schuyler County.

Youth Technology is a two-part course designed to immerse at-risk, in-school 10-14 year-olds in the exciting and challenging world of technology. Through this program youths gain pre-employment skills, develop computer and visual media skills, and improve their public speaking ability.
This course is open to all youths with preference given to youth enrolled in programs at the Ernie Davis Community Center (A facility operated by the Economic Opportunity Program, Inc.) and junior high students.
